The Southeast Institute of Culinary Arts is a Division of the First Coast Technical Institute. Located in historic St. Augustine, Florida the school offers a comprehensive culinary training program. The program is 1500 hours in length and takes a year and a half to complete. Training includes garde manger, quantity foods, baking, pastry arts, presenting service, ala carte, and buffet catering competencies.
