School Introduction

LATTC is located in the heart of Los Angles. We have easy freeway, bus and train access. The Culinary Arts Professional Baking Department is part of a larger campus. We offer both certiciate and AA degrees. Our program has been in existance for 75 years and is currently accredited by the American Culinary Federation. We offer a strong trade program. Our classes are primarily held in the mornings Monday through Thursday. Classes meet for 6 hours a day.
