School Introduction

Learn to cook authentic Italian dishes in Tuscany in an informal and friendly environment where you will learn the passion of the Italian kitchen and have fun doing it. A comprehensive hands-on cookery course given Paula Baccetti who will teach you to make splendid Italian 4 course dinners covering all the basic Italian cooking techniques, from pasta to pastries and everything in between.

The cooking lessons are given in the "Cantina" of an old recently restored large Tuscan villa - Casa Ombuto. Casa Ombuto is a luxurious villa with a large heated pool and includes all modern comforts.
