Learn italian and Meditteranean Cuisine in beautiful Portovenere, near the Cinque Terre in Liguria, Northern Italy.An intensive programand fun program, 7 nights, 5 cooking classes, 50+ recipes, wine tours, olive oil mill and visit to the Parmigiano Reggiano factory and Prosciutto di Parma dairy. Entertaining atmosphere with Chef Paolo Monti's humor. Stay in 4 star Grand Hotel Portovenere overlooking the fishing harbour. Available also cooking programs in Sicily, Tuscany and Venice

Schedule & Fees

cooking classes are held from March to End october. Special classes can be organized on request. The cost is Euro 2090 per person in double room and include 7 nights in full borad beverages included ,5 cooking classes, excursions to the market, wineries, olive oil mill and day tour to Parma for the production of Prosciutto and Parmigiano.

Facilities

The classes are held in a teaching kitchen right in the hotels restaurant, it is fully handso on two of the five days and partly hands on o the other days.
