Cook Street School of Fine Cooking offers an accelerated, hands-on, professional Food and Wine Career Program in Denver, with optional study abroad for one month following course completion in France and Italy. The Food and Wine Career Program focuses on Classic French and Italian Technique, and all areas of the kitchen. Students receive and extensive wine education as part of the program (in conjunction with the International Wine Guild),and graduate as certified Chef of Wine Arts and certified Wine Sommelier. Cook Street also offers Home Cook Programs open to the public including courses in cooking, pastries, bread, and wine tastings and classes.
