School Introduction

The hands-on classes cover traditional, home-style Tuscan and Italian recipes.Participants come away feeling as though they've had a real holiday,especially having enjoyed the wonderfully intense flavours and freshness of traditional Italian dishes cooked in an evocative stone farmhouse in the hills of Chianti region, Tuscan countryside,surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. Special programs for families with children. Lessons are for 1 day to 1 week.
