Schedule & Fees Our classes are held about once a month throughout the year. A week's Mexican Cooking Vacation ranges from $1,500 U.S. Dollars to $1,700, depending on bedroom chosen. Cost includes FREE airport transportation, 6 nights lodging, breakfast and lunch, class cooking souvenirs, and fieldtrips to a Queretaro restaurant and International Mexican Culinary Institute. Facilities We offer a live-in and learn experience. 7 students share 5 bedrooms in a colorful bed and breakfast while walking a few feet to class in a no-frills common Mexican kitchen.
