Il Chiostro offers intensive, hands-on courses in Tuscan cuisine at 2 locations in the Chianti hills outside of Siena.
Spring: Tuscan Country Cooking at an authentic Tuscan farmhouse.
Fall: Tuscan Cuisine as part of the Autumn Arts Festival at the Dievole Chianti winery.
