For the first time, for visitors new to the island or for those who have already fallen in love with it, Capri Dolce Vita proposes a new way to experience all that Capri has to offer. Through participating in food and wine programs lovingly planned and led by the owners, guests are guided through a unique series of enogastronomic activities designed to offer maximum enjoyment, relaxation and vacation excitement. Through personal interactions with producers of local products and the chefs that prepare them, hands on cooking lessons at a traditonal family farm, dining in traditional trattorias and fine restaurants, tastings, excursions, nights on the town – joyfully woven together with the venerable Caprese tradition of "dolce far niente" (the sweetness of doing nothing!) – guests will enjoy the ultimate dolce vita vacation, and become lifelong devotees of the magical island of Capri.
