Northwest Culinary Academy of Vancouver is a chef owned and designed culinary school. Based on student feedbck and what we know as ex-students, apprentices, professional chefs and experienced chef instructors, we designed our contemporary curriculum from the student's perspective. We offer Professional Chef's training in 2 independent intensive programs: Professional Culinary, Pastry/Bread, and Practicum (12 weeks). Progressive attitude and new restaurant/hotel equipped facilities. All-in-one concept ensuring seamless learning environment; Chef's demonstration station, Chef's table, culinary kitchen and Pastry lab. Cook in groups of 2, change partner weekly. European designed island cooking configuration ensures that you never face a wall. Fully accredited chef instructors, each with broad North American and European experience. accredited with the Private Career Training Institutions Agency of BC (PCTIA).
