Institute Galilei is the only school of Italy which specializes in personalized one-to-one and small group courses. According to this policy of our Institute, we choose in fact the Don Chisciotte restaurant to do our one-to-one cooking courses as it is one of the very best in town, several times awarded, along the years, with the Michelin star of excellence. In agreement with Mr. Viligiardi, owner and director of the restaurant, we established a program able to satisfy both the beginners and those professionals who would like to refine their skill in Italian cuisine through a variety of dishes that would represent a great part of the tradition with a bit of creativity. The small group courses are held at the Villa a beautiful Renaissance hotel in the hills near Florence where the marvellous natural setting and the original Italian recipes are a perfect blend to combine a relaxing vacation and make you learn some of the most authentic dishes of the Italian "reach" (city food) and "poor" cuisine (country food).
