School Introduction

Professional Cooking Diploma a 48 week, 3/16 week semesters that are accredited through Alberta Learning for 9 months towards apprenticeship. Cook is a registered trade in Canada.
Commercial Baking Certificate a 32 week 2/16 week semesters that are accredited through Alberta Learning for 6 months towards apprenticeship. Baker is a registered trade in Canada.
Retail Meat Cutting Certificate a 24 week course 2/12 week semesters.
Pastry Chef Certificate a 24 week course.

Sait training is based on 80% practical, 20% theory.

Training supports a 300 seat cafeteria
and 150 seat fine dining room.

Equipment and curriculem is current.

We have adivisory boards with representation from Industry, Secondary Education and Students.

Job placement is a key and we support student in their seach. Sait Culinary Programs have a 99% placement within six months of completing programs.
