Schedule & Fees

40 hours of group tuition in a group , max 12 , are costing 370 euro.
A culinary week , with 5 hands on culinary session, 2 private seminars, a wine tasting is costing euro 500.
a single room in a shared apartment is costing 180 euro per week
a self contained flat is costing 50 euro per day .

All with university degrees and some with more than 20 years of professionality in teaching Italian as a second language or teaching culinary traditions to foreign students

Interships & Externships

Yes , internships are available . After you learned italian and the fundamentals of italian cuisine , you will be placed for an internship of 2 , 3 or max 6 month in a restaurant in Siena, Florence, Venice .......you will learn under the guidance of the responsible chef to develop your personal skills . The internships are unpaid but foresee food and lodging at the hosting restaurant's cost. Insurance included .
