Ecole Dijon Cooking School is a division of Drew Ellsworth Culinary Concepts and is conducted by Executive Chef Drew Ellsworth. Classes in gourmet cooking from around the world are featured as well as classes for the homemaker, featuring easy, everyday cooking from your cupboard. Learn how to make real French bread at home. Schedule & Fees Weekly classes $95.00 for three sessions and you get one free, total of 4 classes.
Facilities Chef Drew has studied in France, and Spain. He holds a MA and a BA. He spent 18 years in Southern California where he received his certification as an Executive Chef through the San Diego Chefs de Cuisine and the American Culinary Federation. He has been a chef at his restaurant Dijon, Perry Pub and Cafe in Salt Lake City, and the Stein Eriksson Lodge in Park City UT. He was an Executive Chef for Aramark Corp. for 13 years and recently worked for one year as Executive Chef for one of San Diego's finest and largest catering companies. He was honored in 1997 by representing Aramark Palm Springs as and International Guest Chef and prepared special culinary delights in Napa Valley, California, Brussels, Belgium and Berlin, Germany.
