Situated in prime central locations, Capsicum Culinary Studios offer the most affordable Professional Chef qualifications in South Africa. We are South Africa's largest Private Chef's Training School with branches in Cape Town, Johannesburg, Pretoria and Durban.
We also offer our hugely popular Corporate Teambuilding 'cook offs'. This is the ideal alternative to the usual leopard crawling through mud and abseiling down cliff's!

We have one large airconditioned kitchen and two lecture rooms. We have electric and gas stoves enabling students to cook on both.
Grade 9 for the Professional Chef Certificate
Grade 12 for any of the Diploma courses
Head Chef Miranda Haricharan has over 18 years experience in the hospitality industy, while all our other lecturers have industry experience and recognised City & Guilds Chef Qualifications.
