Our students have the opportunity to work with celebrity chefs such as Gordon Ramsay, Jamie Oliver, etc, at the Good Food and Wine Show, an opportunity only extended to Capsicum Culinary Studio students.

Facilities

We have large airconditioned training kitchens (gas and electric) that are Halaal friendly. Our students have access to a Library and Resource Centre that is equipped with computers and provides internet access. Each of our branches have a dedicated Student Administrator that can assist with any queries our students may have.

Admission Requirements

Grade 10 for the Professional Chef Certificate
Grade 12 for any of the Diploma courses

Faculty

We have a team of 26 highly trained and dedicated lecturers nationally. Each branch has their own unique and experienced lecturers from industry. The team is headed up by the Company Executive Chef, Alfred Henry.
Chef Alfred, previously from Lindt, South Africa, will be imparting his knowledge and skill and training to both the staff and the students.
