School Introduction

Welcome to The European Culinary Center, located in Vitznau-Lucerne, Switzerland. If you are looking to begin or further develop your career in the Culinary Arts field, then you've come to the right place! Make your culinary Dreams Come True! Choose from an Advanced Diploma in Culinary Management or Certificate programs in Foundation in European Cuisine, European Gourmet Cuisine or European Pastry and Chocolate. All courses are 11 weeks long and for those students who study 6 consecutive months, you also have the opportunity to undertake a paid Swiss industry training.
