The Fusion Cooking School offers a variety of cooking courses from the Amateur to the Professional Cook.

Schedule & Fees Diploma and Advanced Diploma Chef Qualifications commence in Jan/ July every year, while our Speciality and Modular Certificates are offered throughout the year. The Price of our Courses vary from R2500 to R28 000
Facilities We have two practical kitchens with gas hobs and electric ovens, and one lecture room. Admission Requirements Std 8 ( Grade 10) is the minimum, but Matric (Grade 12) is preferred.
Faculty Executive Chef Caryn England has over 9 years experience in the hospitality industy, while all our other lecturers have industry experience. Executive Chef Shaun Smith has over 10 years experience in South-East Asian Cookery and over 5 years experience in Food Theatre. Interships & Externships Practicals and experiential training are conducted at some of Durban and KZN’s finest establishments, where job opportunities are available based on performance.
