Schedule & Fees If you are considering a Fall enrollment, you should contact Maui Culinary Academy in June (or earlier,) Spring enrollment contact us in November (or earlier.) There is an application process as well as an enrollment process. All paperwork can be done via the internet through the standard University of Hawaii registration/enrollment process.
Facilities Seven specialty training kitchens, food court, muitimedia classrooms, meeting rooms, and a fine dining restaurant. Facility opened in 2003. Admission Requirements Open admission Faculty Teaching faculty - 9, teaching experince ranges from 28 years to 1 year, industry experience ranges from 5 to 20.
Interships & Externships Culinary Arts Field Experince: one semester of 20 hours per week with hotels and restaurants on Maui is require for graduation, this is almost always a paid postion.
