Slow Food Italian Master Cooking Program, USA
Slow Food's Cooking School located in Jesi, Le Marche is offering for the first time,an abbreviated culinary program for home chefs. This ten day program will feature the cuisines of Le Marche and Umbria with six days of hands on cooking lessons. Weekend visits will include a stay in Urbino and Spoleto. Guests will stay in four stay hotels with group size limited to 16 participants. The focus of the experience will be the regional differences between the two cuisines. with tasting scheduled of wines, olive oils and cheeses.
