School Introduction

Rundles-Morris Cooking Classes.

A unique culinary experience for those interested in hands-on cooking under the guidance of one of our country's most celebrated chefs, Mr. Neil Baxter.

The classes focus on the things Baxter is passionate about: tradition & experimentation, quality & flavour, purity, perfection & pleasure.

The weekend cooking classes run from March until May, and are suitable for individuals or small groups, as all skill levels. The only prerequisite is interest.

Chef Baxter also offers private of corporate cooking experiences for groups of 14 to 20. These can be team-building weekend classes (from March until May), or entertaining single day classes (from November through May).

Cooking in the House:
A special package (for either 2 or 4 people staying together) consisting of a 4-night stay at the Rundles-Morris House with three morning cooking classes taught by chef Neil Baxter. Please contact us for more information.
