School Introduction

Jane Sullivan offers cookery courses covering a wide range of cooking styles for adults and children.

Adult's cooking classes range from BBQ cooking to gourmet cooking and are available as evening classes, full day classes or evening demonstration and tasting sessions.

Jane also specialises in providing children's holiday cooking workshops, the 'Honey Pot' courses, to help to keep the kids entertained during the school holidays.
As a lover of real food made using good quality ingredients, Jane uses home-grown or organic produce wherever possible.

Schedule & Fees

Adult's cooking courses are run throughout the year, and cost from £55. Children's cooking workshops are run throughout the school summer holidays, and half term holidays and cost from £30 per session. Further details are available from our website.

Faculty

Jane Sullivan was classically trained in London colleges and Prue Leith's school in Kensington. She went from there to do a Teacher training course and went on to teach in colleges to City and Guilds students and Adult Education students. She is an award winning chef with many years experience of running her own catering company and an infectious enthusiasm for cooking great quality food.
