Facilities The Culinary Arts Academy is located at the Institut Hôtelier César Ritz, which offers a hot kitchen, a production kitchen, a pastry kitchen, an individual stove kitchen as well as a modern demonstration kitchen. The campus has classrooms equipped according to the latest standards in education. The students get practical experience on campus in the buffet restaurant and the fine dining restaurant. Admission Requirements Applicants must be 18 years or over. While 12 years of general education is preferred, applicants with prior learning from other fields such as culinary schools or workplace leraning may also apply. The programme is ideally suited for those who seek a career change. Sound knowledge of spoken and written English (TOEFL 500 or IELTS 5.5) is required as well as an up-to-date certificate of health.
