School Introduction

Apicius-The Art of Cooking is located in the center of Florence, a few steps away from San Lorenzo Food Market. We offer Professional Programs (1 semester/1 year/Summer Classes) in: Culinary Arts, Wine Expertise, Hotel Management. Each program includes a 10-hour a week interniship in local restaurants, hotels, wineries.
Amateurial group and individual courses are offered at any level, from 1 day customized courses, to weekly/monthly programs. Special one-week workshops in a Castle in the Chianti area in May, June, July, August, September & October.
