Having studied cuisine called "comida Criolla" for many years, Teresita has a vast experience preparing traditional Latin American dishes. Her extraordinary skills for home style cooking with regional ingredients comes across in every dish she prepares.

Teresita's passion for Latin American cuisine and her ability to guide a class with care and patience is largely due to her teaching experience for over 35 years. Teresita owned a grammar school for 20 years in Adrogue. She has devoted a lifetime to teaching and today she is opening her kitchen's door to those interested in learning the various techniques of one of the world's most exotic cuisines.
