Diploma of Hospitality Management including Certificate III in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) is a Fast track program with 900 hours relevant trade experience. The package qualification at Shafston is a 2 (Academic) Year program that can be completed in approximately 16 months. The program includes 900 hours of industry experience as required pursuant to Trades Recognition Authority (TRA) guidelines for applications for skilled migration.
