Buenos Aires Culinary offers a Latin American cooking program consisting of six consecutive classes clasified by country of origin: Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay, Chile, Bolivia, Uruguay

Buenos Aires Culinary is a cooking program designed to offer food lovers a unique gastronomic experience exploring Argentine and Latin American cuisine, sampling local ingredients and learning traditional recipe secrets, with emphasis in Latin American food preparation and wine paring. Whether you are a kitchen novice or an experienced cook, you will find Buenos Aires Culinary to be fun and very useful in your every day life.

Each class in the program explores the uniqueness and traditional ways to prepare popular dishes for each region. Hands-on Latin American cuisine lessons conducted in English or Spanish. Learn cuisine secrets of typical Latin American dishes and its relation to each culture. All cooking classes uses traditional products from the specific country.
