We are the first registered Japanese Culinary Institute of it's kind in the U.S. We offer a 6 month program which delves into the whole spectrum of Japanese cuisine: All traditional cooking techniques, stocks, sauces, Japanese knife maintenance, culture and of course sushi and sashimi.
