This magnificent and elegant "Belle Epoque" villa is located in the very centre of Cannes on the French Riviera.
Superbly situated just 10 minutes walk to the beaches of Cannes, the Croisette and the Palais des Festivals, home of the world famous Cannes Film Festival and just 30 minutes drive from Nice International Airport.
This historic villa in Cannes provides 21 st century luxury accommodation for 18 guests within a “Belle Epoque” setting, formally decorated with period antiques, magnificent chandeliers and paintings. There is enormous entertaining space both inside and out with a huge pillared Reception Hall opening onto a formal Library, Dining Room and Sitting Room all on the raised ground floor with a terrace off the dining room and steps down to a 23 metre long terrace adjacent to the heated swimming pool. Ideal for .Villa L'Abri with it's elegant, spacious rooms and large outside terraces is perfect for culinary holidays in Cannes ,
The Villa is ideal for rental all year round with air conditioning in all rooms in the summer and warm air heating in the winter. Cosy log fires can be added in all the major rooms including the master bedroom suite and the second floor apartment.
