School Introduction

Niagara College's Hospitality and Tourism Centre, located in Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada, is home to the Niagara Culinary Institute. Students will learn in an interactive environment with staff as well as prominent leaders within the Niagara culinary industry. Students also have the opportunity to gain critical experience and establish networking linkages through special events such as the Niagara Grape and Wine Festival, Tastes of Niagara, Showcase of Chefs and other regional food events. This opportunity provides valuable insights and exposure from around the globe. Niagara College offers undergraduate programs in: Culinary Management and Chef Training. We also offer undergraduate and post graduate programs in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Tourism, Hotel Management Systems and Tourism Development.
