Our school mainly deals with teaching original Classical Italian recipes. We offer daily or weekly courses for both amateurs and professionals. Besides there are also one, two, and three month intensive courses for professionals. Each lesson deals with the preparation of a full menu (five course meal), choosing a specifacally well balanced sequence of servings which combine well together, both from the pleasure-of-taste point of view as well as from a healthy one. We give importance to choosing right ingredients, right menus according to seasons (availability of products, colour...), some useful technical hints with a light touch of chemistry to explain our principles. Facilities Well equipped kitchen classroom and dining area for food tasting Admission Requirements Education is for all. Depending on the level of the student we offer the adequate course. Faculty Chef Andrea Sposini trained at the principal Cordon Bleu School in Rome. He organises events and lessons internationally.
