School Introduction

School offers internationally recognized diplomas in culinary arts with most of the students placed overseas in Scotland or America. In 2007 school .took top three places in the South African Young Chef of the Year Competition. School principal, Sharmaine Dixon, has twenty three years experience training chefs. School has accommodation available on the school grounds for students wanting to stay on the property
