School Introduction

Olive Chef School teaches students the building blocks of Cordon Bleu cooking to enable them to work in either restaurant of banqueting venues. Our results speak for themselves.

Schedule & Fees

For enrollment in June 2008 - R70000 for two years.

For enrollment in January or June 2009 - R75000 for two years.

Admission Requirements

Compulsary questionnaire, interview and passing Grade 12

Faculty

All our culinary trainers are Cordon Bleu trained.

Interships & Externships

We place students according to their personality and competency at select kitchens for one year during their experiential training
