Participants will enter the kitchens of Michelin and Mobil-starred chefs around the world where they will take part in preparing world-class cuisine. Our chefs are all part of Relais Gourmands, the culinary elite of Relais & Chateaux, and include Thomas Keller, Charlie Trotter, Michel Troisgros and many others (98 chefs in 17 countries).
