School Introduction

Liaison College in Oakville offers accelarated culinary diploma programs so you can do what you love....cook! Our programs are as short as 15 weeks. We offer full time as well as part time schedules, all through the year. We also offer recreational classes, team building and Chef of the Day lunches.

Liaison College offers funding both inhouse as well as working with a number of financial institutions to enable you to complete your dream of becoming a chef.
Our programs start every 5 weeks throughout the entire year.

Facilities

We have a hands on kitchen with a dining room attached. We teach our theory classes in a private boardroom. We are located conventiently above an award winning banquet hall, Otello's Banquet and Conference Centre, so students can easily gain working experience.

Admission Requirements

You require a highschool diploma or equivalent. We do accept adult learners. You need a passion for food!

Our Chef Instructors are fully qualified and come from a long background in the industry.
