Cooking classes for general public
- Shojin-ryori class (Japanese monk style vegetarian dish)
- Sushi class (nigiri-zushi, maki-zushi & temaki-zushi)
- Menrui, gohanmono & yakimono class (udon noodle, donburi & teriyaki)

Cooking courses for professionals
- Sushi Intensive Course 5 days
- Sushi Basic Course 10 days
- Sushi Advance Course 10 days
- Japanese Cuisine Intensive Course 5 days
- Japanese Cuisine Basic Course 10 days

Schedule & Fees

Cooking classes for general public
- Sushi classes on 1st & 3rd Sunday (10am-1pm) $110
- Shojin-ryori classes on 2nd Sunday (10am-1pm) $110
- Menrui, gohanmono & yakimono classes on 4th Sunday (10am-1pm) $110

Cooking courses for professionals
- Run anytime with minimum of 2 participants.
