The Center for Kosher Culinary Arts was established in Fall, 2007 and offers recreational cooking classes, cookbook author demonstrations, master classes and workshops, and private parties and events, both on premises and off. There are classes for children and teens, as well.

Facilities Kitchen, Dining Room Admission Requirements Recreational courses are open to the public. Professional training program requires interview by Director, Jesse Blonder. Admissions to Kingsborough Community College is via standard college admissions procedures. Faculty Faculty are trained Chefs, many also are faculty members at colleges.
