Box Hill Institute of TAFE – Centre for Hospitality and Tourism Studies was founded in 1982 and is situated in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne, Australia. Over 25,000 students have been trained at the Institute in hospitality, tourism, cookery and bakery. The centre has trained some of Australia’s best Chefs including Guy Grossi, Curtis Stone, Tobie Puttock and many notable names in Hospitality and Tourism.
