SUSHI INSTITUE OF AMERICA ( SIA ) is a place of learning and training for professional chefs and culinary enthusiasts who yearn to join this burgeoning and exciting career. SIA offers an exceptional education system with a comprehensive curriculum which designed and directed by master chef KATSUYA. Taught by a team of highly respected and qualified instructors from the industry, at a brand new facility designed especially for teaching Japanese food preparation.
