School Introduction

The Cooking Certificate program offers a one year course of study which leads to a two-year diploma in Culinary Arts. The curricula are designed to meet the needs of students who wish to pursue a career in the food service industry. The basic philosophy of both programs is to expose the student to the many aspects of the industry; and by this process prepare him/her to enter the world of food service.
