School Introduction

Stile Mediterraneo School provides culinary and wine experiences that get you to the heart of Puglia and Southern Italy culture.
Cooking classes are hands on, in English and for small groups. The School is run by the two sisters Cinzia and Marika, native from Puglia and fluent in English and French. Recipes are based on the traditional home made cuisine of Puglia. Classes may include visits to the best artisans and markets.
We spend lots of time selecting the very best artisans and designing our culinary experiences.
We focus on providing the most authentic and personal experience.
