We use local seasonal organic vegetables. Many Chianti farms are organic and if you are into the organic lifestyle don’t miss coming earlier to shop with us for the ingredients that we will use during the cooking class.
Organic is not only about being free of pesticides and synthetic fertilizers, it’s a conscious use of seasonal and local ingredients. Fresh organic vegetables have flavors and fragrances that will bring you back to the past…

We can accomodate 8 students if part of overseas program for 80 euro per person. We are in contact with most of the US universities in Florence.

Chef Manuela is native tuscan (Manuela was born and raised in Impruneta, a lovely town outside of Florence)
Chef Tina was born in Chicago and has been living between Italy and the US all her life, teaches at several universities of Florence.
