BREADCRAFT is an artisan bread-making school located in Southwest Michigan offering hands-on style baking classes designed exclusively for the home chef. Led by a professional chef, you'll learn the fundamentals of bread making in a fun, interesting and easy way. Discover the secrets of making beautiful baguettes, savory sourdoughs, heavenly whole wheats, marvelous multi-grains and even glorious gluten-free bread. No prior cooking or baking experience is needed.
