At Flavors of Mexican Cuisine, we believe that the best way to experiment Mexico is through its dishes, its people, and its history and live from the places of origin.
Flavors of Mexican Cuisine offer the opportunity of going back to the beginning and experiment with all five senses.
You will learn to execute such traditional dishes as the Mole Poblano, the delicious Chiles Rellenos, the authentic Pipian, the exquisite Mole Oaxaqueño, the Blossom Pumpkins appetizers, the very fresh Ceviche, the list is just endless. To do it is essential to forget all preconceptions and what you have known about Mexican food.
We have guided tours at different locations by very well recognized academics at their fields, that will make you understand the bond between history and tradition, unbreakable union to understand the Mexican gastronomy.

Our program has special Kitchens for the classes on locations such as Puebla, Oaxaca and Mexico City,
Pay in full of the program at least one week previous to start it.
We count in our staff with the best Chefs on the cities we have the program, we also count with Academics that started as History teachers and merged their love and passion for food to become experts on culinary history of Mexico, pre-hispanic, Vice-regal, revolutionary, and more, that will teach how important Mexican produce is to the world and the evolution of the mexican cuisine.
