We are a Short Course Cooking School and Caterer. Our lessons are taught by our friendly Cordon Bleu Chefs in our modern Kitchen in small groups. Our lessons are designed as separate stand-alone units to which you can add on anytime, you only buy the ones you need. There is no enrollment, no start date and no end to the lessons you can have fun with. Our calendar changes every month so keep an eye on our website. For less hand-on people we also run Demonstration Evenings. Background Data
Schedule & Fees Our lessons are stand-alone separate units. They generally take 3 hours a unit and the calendar changes every month so it is best to keep an eye on our website. They range from R200 to R350 a lesson. Facilities We have a state of the art Teaching Kitchen, Function Kitchen which does all our catering and 2 dining rooms available for private functions Admission Requirements There are no admission requirements. Anyone is welcome at our cooking school Faculty All our teachers are qualified Cordon Bleu Chefs. Special Courses & Features
