Facilities Our school occupies over 2000m2 and has an infrastructure that is admired by everybody. It comprises classes of professional cooking, professional pastry and bread making, amateur cooking, professional bar tending and computerized classes which teach theory.
Admission Requirements Highschool degree, English speaking and computer friendly Faculty They are esteemed people who have written books that have been published in many languages and who closely follow all the culinary activities in the world. This staff has been fully trained by City & Guilds experts and trainer trainers who came from abroad, in the fields of Group Training Techniques, One-to-one Training Techniques, Health and Safety, Health and Hygiene, Food Handlers, First-Aid Training and Fire Safety Training. They continuously receive further training and they are occasionally inspected.
