SA Chefs Training Academy (CTA) welcomes you to an exciting, intriguing and dynamic sphere of the Hospitality Industry.

CTA will assist you in developing the specialized Culinary Arts and Hospitality skills required to successfully enter the competitive industry of Hospitality and Cuisine with a Culinary Arts qualification. One is taught in such a manner where as a foundation is created and then steadily built up to the more in depth and complex segments of the Hospitality Industry.

Admission Requirements

A screening and evaluation will be done.
Upon acceptance at CTA a R500 admin fee is payable
A 10% deposit is payable within 30 days thereafter to secure a seat for 2010

Interships & Externships

CTA is in the process of establishing an exchange programme with the CIVIFORUM Hotel School in Italy. Students will be able to go on a 2 - 3 week exchange programme and learnerships to Italy.
