Infinity Culinary Training is a not-for-profit school located in Cape Town, South Africa. Co-directors Spencer Moyana and Barry Berman founded the school in order to help young South African men and women gain the basic skills necessary to secure employment in Cape Town's restaurants. 12 students are enrolled in each 12-week session; the program is intensive, rigorous and requires the students' complete dedication and commitment. Completion of the course provides students with prospects for job placements and hope for long-term, sustainable careers. Background Data

Facilities Currently operating in an adjoining classroom and industrial kitchen in the Pinelands section of Cape Town. Admission Requirements Fluent in English; high school certificate Faculty Spencer Moyana, a South African chef.
