Captial Culinary Institute of Keiser University is accredited by the American Culinary Federation (ACF). Keiser University is a two-year college accredited by the Commission of Colleges of Southern Association of Colleges and Schools to award the Associate Degree. For over 20 years, Keiser College has been providing practical hands-on education in a professional development enviornment. All applicants to the Capital Culinary Institute of Keiser University must provide:
Proof of high school completion or GED completion.
An official high school transcript must be sent directly from the graduate's high school/school district or official GED scores sent directly from the appropriate GED testing center or records center.
An entrance exam is required if the student does not have the results of a Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) or American College Testing exam (ACT). If either one is available, the required scores are either a combined score of 800 on the SAT or a composite score of 17 on the ACT.
