La Cucina del Gusto is an Italian cooking school which is specializes in cookery vacation in Sorrento since 2002 and combines life’s great pleasures, food and travel, in a stunning and friendly Italian setting.
The Sorrento cooking courses are held in the school kitchen specially designed to make your holiday a perfect culinary delight.
All the dishes are made only with the freshest of ingredients and follow typical recipes that have been handed down for many generations.
The school offers cooking programs of 4 and 6 nights, but also daily classes.
Those complete cooking courses offer a chance to discover Amalfi Coast and Sorrento cooking and lifestyle by combining cooking lessons with guided excursions to visit some of the region’s best places such as Amalfi, Pompeii and Capri, local farms and wineries.
Accommodation are provided in an ancient colonial house, now tastefully refurbished and turned into an elegant luxury hotel . Each room has en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi, terrace or balcony and enjoys stunning views over the Mediterranean garden or the Gulf of Naples.

The kitchen is equipped with an ample granite bench and with every kind of kitchen tool, including an accessory set which is assigned to each student at the start of each course. The school is also equipped with an ample outside veranda for enjoyable breaks during the course.
Classes are perfect for all ages. We offer children classes, making pizza and pastas, couples, singles, families, gays, women week.
All your dreams can be realised with chef Carmen.
Your guide at our culinary school will be our Chef, Carmen, a passionate cook since the age of 14, when she would spend a large part of her time, in the kitchen with her mother.
Her cooking school has conquered the hearts and palates of many guests, earning, above all, extraordinary consensus of excellence among American vacationers.
The relais offers swimming pool, tennis, helipad, parkland of 22.000 square metres.
