School Introduction

Our cooking classes are designed for amateur enthusiasts and beginners alike.
They are held in our demonstration kitchen at the back of the store.
Get together with friends or colleagues and book a private class or come solo and meet some great like minded people.

Schedule & Fees

Our cooking school runs from May - December each year.We invite special guest chefs from local wineries such as Leeuwin Estate abd Vasse Felix to run cooking classes.

Previous classes have been GOAN MAD - SEAFOOD CURRIES, BOY MEATS GRILL- BBQ CLASS,RUNNING WITH THE BULLS - SPANISH TAPAS, VEG OUT - VEGETARIAN CLASS

Classes run from 6.30-9pm thursday evenings and are $80 - Attendees receive recipes, generous tastings, and non-alcoholic refreshments.

Chef Andrea Ilott is widely recognized as one of Western Australia's most innovative chefs with over 20 years experience, cooking behind the stoves of successful restaurants such as Clairault, Vasse Felix and the luxury 5 star resort on Hayman Island.

As resident chef and proprietor of The Larder, Andrea is able to share her skills and knowledge, helping you to discover the sensations of cooking through her classes.
